All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, tracked and insured. Should the actual shipping rates be less than the amount calculated, your PayPal account will receive the remaining balance as a Refund. PayPal will notify you the customer if a refund is available.

The Store will be closed during the major Holiday periods of Christmas and New Year's. Also, close the week prior to the annual Reunion and post event for an inventory. And may close for the Annual Inventory count at the end of the year. The Spectre Store is manned by a volunteer Quartermaster and a backup, no one gets paid. So be patient when your order is placed, we will ship as soon as possible.
